Jamboree - Day 6, 4 July 2013

It's already raining heavily in the morning.. And some of my friends and I that just had bath had to wait at the cafeteria.. It took about 2 hours for the rain to stop.. So some of us (including me) went to sleep again.. And when I woke up, I found myself chilling.. Brrr..

Yesterday, the one that didn't go hiking went shopping.. So, today is the turn for the hikers.. Horayy..

I bought some key chains, a t-shirt and some other stuff.. I just end up with a medium sized shopping bag, while my friends end up with lots of huge shopping bags.. Maybe I'm not an ordinary girl.. ._.

After that we're supposed to have explorer, but I didn't go.. I don't know why, I just felt not doing it.. Well, almost all of us went exploring.. And you know what, the explorer went to the planetarium, riding the cable car.. Arghh.. And I'm just waiting for them while surfing and eating.. ._.

At night, we still have some performances for the last time.. And tonight, we're performing Lenggang Dance and Pencak Silat.. Yayy.. I just love watching the Pencak Silat.. Hehehe..
Also, tonight is the last night we all can sleep together like this, with all the insects, bugs.. Hahaha.. Gonna miss it.. :)

Jamboree - Day 5, 3 July 2013

Today we got hiking and Thai-Sports.. At first I thought hiking was just walking and searching for things.. But it's actually the REAL hiking.. Argghhh... We walk about 8 km.. And it was soooo high.. The heel is also very steep.. But the Thailand scouts were so strong that they could walk very fast.. And they didn't seem exhausted.. Wahh..

After hiking, we got Thai-Sports.. At first I didn't want to do it since I was VERY exhausted.. But then I just have the desire to play some games.. Hehe.. There were 10 games and we have to finish at least 8 games.. There were rope skipping, tug of war and many more.. When we're about to play the 8th game, it start raining.. Didn't care about the rain, we just continue to play.. Hehehe.. :D

At night, we have Sajojo Dance to perform.. And almost all of us slept outside at night.. Hehe..

Jamboree - Day 4, 2 July 2013

Third day in Thailand.. We had pioneering and adventure today.. I don't know what they do at pioneering, since I'm not doing it.. But I'm doing adventure..

There were about 20 games, and we had to finish at least 16 games to get a stamp.. Well, actually we only finished 14 games.. But we still get the stamp.. Hehe.. Oh ya, while doing the games, some of senior made an accapela (don't how to spell it) group.. Haha..

At night, we're supposed to perform at our own base camp.. But in the end, we're just having dinner together.. And some of us watched the Pencak Silat guys practicing..

Jamboree - Day 3, 1 June 2013

We got opening ceremony this morning.. Today is the first time we wear our scout uniform.. And I think it attracts a lot of people.. Maybe because the bamboo hat, or anything else.. When we're lining almost everyone asked to take photos with us.. Hehehe.. We're becoming a star just by wearing our uniforms..

After the ceremony, we had our first based activity, which is invention.. I thought we were to invent something new.. But, it's actually just re-make things.. Heh..

At night, we had something like Honourable Activity for the King.. After that we hang around a the food court until it's closed..

Jamboree - Day 2, 30 June 2013

We woke up and continue our journey to the Jamboree place in Hatyai, Songkhla, Thailand. When we're about to arrive in the boder of Thailand, we passed a big, huge gate. We thought it was JUST a gate. But when we're arrived at the border, they wouldn't allow us to pass. They said that there's no stamp from the Malaysian Immigration in our passport..

Then we realized that THAT HUGE GATE was the immigration. So, our teacher collected all our passports, and lend a motorcycle and went back to that gate. Not long after that, he came back with our passports had been stamped. Then we passed the border.. Yeay!!

After that we went to the Jamboree place. We all were soooooo excited since our teacher said that we're going to sleep in a hotel. But then, we found out we're sleeping at a public park. We're so upset that we start blaming our teacher for it. It's a rice that had become a porridge. There's no turning back.

So we just fallow the flow. Luckily there were so many kind people, reminding us the schedule, where we could lend some tents. Wahh... Their kindness.....it's just unimaginable.
In the afternoon, we had some practice for the opening ceremony. It's soooooo hot... After the practice, we're free to do anything...

And you know, the bathroom is something like the mobile one.. I don't think I'll survive with it.. Luckily there's a food court with clean bathroom.. So we just take bath there.. Hehe..

The night, some of us spend it surfing the internet.. Ahh...

Jamboree - Day 1, 29 June 2013

We departed from Juanda Airport Indonesia at around 10 and arrived in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia around 1 in the afternoon. After that, we took bus to a school in Kedah where we stayed at night.
But while we're crossing the Penang Bridge, the tire was suddenly punctured. Don't know why and when it was punctured, we just wait in the bus until it was fixed. After that we continued our journey.
We arrived in that school around 7 in the evening and start cleaning ourselves. Then we had dinner, and we stayed up a little late. We went to sleep around midnight..

Final Exams..

Well, actually the final exams are over.. But, since I forgot to post something about it....
The final exams were not that hard, but it's.......just complicated..
And in the end, though I didn't get the best marks, they're still good.. Better then the mid-year exams..
